Structured Systems Labs is a small company. Most non-urgent email is answered within a few business days. Security reports are triaged as quickly as we can; please mark them clearly in the subject line.
If you don’t hear back within a week on a non-security message, it’s reasonable to send a follow-up — occasionally email is missed.
